1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the s44 platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between s44 and its users.
These terms apply to user registration, betting activity, payment processing, and general use of the platform. s44 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Account Creation & Security
Creating an account on s44 requires accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. A national ID card or passport may be required for account verification.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the s44 support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
S44 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). To keep your account secure, change your password regularly and avoid logging in from unfamiliar devices.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The s44 platform is for personal entertainment use only. Betting on behalf of others, commercial use, or any form of misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform or placing bets using automated software, bots, or algorithms is strictly forbidden.
Users may not engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal transactions on the platform. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or any attempt to disrupt platform operations will be treated as a punishable offense.
S44 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any user whose conduct causes harm to the platform or other users. Any unauthorized attempt to access the platform's systems will be treated as a cybercrime.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on s44 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Both deposits and withdrawals may be made via approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Unauthorized payment methods are not accepted.
Deposit processing times may vary, but funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. A verified account is required for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be delayed or suspended. s44 may request additional verification documents under certain circumstances.
If you experience any issues with a transaction, notify the support team immediately. In the event of fraudulent payments or chargebacks, s44 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue legal action. Separate terms may apply to bonuses and promotional offers.
Funds deposited into your account may only be used for betting purposes. Depositing money from any illegal source is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the s44 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is protected by s44's intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written consent from s44.
S44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party actions. All betting outcomes are conducted entirely at the user's own risk and discretion. s44 makes no guarantees regarding any betting results.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. s44 is not responsible for any third-party content or privacy practices. Users who access these links do so entirely at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
S44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or creation of a security risk. In the event of account closure, any refund of a valid balance will be determined following a review.
S44 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, s44 will endeavor to notify registered users via email or platform notification.
